This option is perfect if you aren’t sure where to begin decluttering your space. You could declutter with guidance, but you need help focusing and setting goals. We’ll meet for six sessions, during which time we’ll: discuss what currently is and isn’t working in your space, come up with a plan for how to declutter and organize it, set goals for implementing the plan, and create a post-declutter plan to maintain your space and build on the new habits we create. This plan includes additional support via email between sessions.
